Before Submitting A Trouble Report
 
1. If you have recently purchased a product the required software is now fully downloadable and the PRODUCT LICENSE KEY is now labeled on the usb device.

2. Double check to make sure you are using the LATEST VERSION of the advanced application drivers AND any corresponding dialer from the "Downloads" page of our website.

3. Make sure you have followed ALL instructions in the corresponding Quick Start installation guide INCLUDING the troubleshooting section BEFORE seeing technical assistance. If you do not have yours handy you may find the latest version available on the Downloads page of our website.

4. For technical help in regards to specific H323, SIP and IAX2 configurations you MUST contact your VoIP provider directly for assistance. There are now literally hundreds of available individual SIP and IAX2 based VoIP providers worldwide. Although we may provide a few miscellaneous configuration examples on our website, we do NOT provide configuration support for individual VoIP providers.
