Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 24 hours of
receipt and are shipped within 3 business days
(Monday-Friday) thereafter given that you provide correct
shipping information. The typical shipping time to most
destinations worldwide is 5-7 business days. We do not
ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Any orders placed
on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business
day.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled by
sending us an e-mail if they have not already been
shipped and are subject to a 10% administration fee. Your
e-mail must include the details and date of your order
and the transaction details/number of your payment.
Returns
An RMA number is required for all returns. RMA numbers
may be requested by e-mail and must include a detailed
reason for the return along with the date of purchase and
payment transaction number/details. Returns must be
postmarked within 3 business days from the date the RMA
number is issued or it will not be accepted. The RMA
number must be clearly marked on the front of the package
or it will not be accepted.
Defective Goods
Defective goods must be reported
within 48 hours of receipt and may be returned upon
written e-mail request and RMA approval for
replacement. Goods will be tested within 5 business
days of receipt and a replacement shipment will be
dispatched within 3 business days following the testing
period. The buyer is reponsible for the outbound shipping
costs to the seller's depot and the seller is responsible
for the return shipping costs to the buyer. Goods that
are tested and upon determination by the seller to not be
defective will be subject to the payment by the buyer of
the then current return shipping and handling charges for
the product plus a $10 administration fee.
Refunds
Goods may be returned for a refund upon written request
and RMA approval by seller within 30 days from
the date of purchase for a refund (excludes original
s&h charges) less a 30% restocking fee.
Goods must be returned unmarked in the new condition they
were received including all instructions, boxes and
packing materials.
Lost Product Keys
We do not maintain a customer database of product keys
and they are no different than your house or car keys and
should always be kept in a safe place. Should you happen
to lose your product key for some unfortunate reason, a
new product key may be purchased for $10 by sending us an
e-mail request.
Warranty Policy
Products include a 1 year limited
hardware warranty (excludes cordless phones). Upon
written e-mail request and approval by the seller an RMA
number and instructions will be issued for the return of
the faulty equipment to the seller's depot for
repair/replacement. The warranty excludes products which
according to the determination of the seller have not
been used as per the instructions provided or have been
been otherwise misused or damaged through intent or
negligence. It also excludes products which were
purchased as part of a special promotional sale or online
auction. The buyer is responsible for all outbound and
return shipping and handling costs. Payment of the then
current return product shipping and handling charges must
be received before an RMA number will be issued.
