release may be downloaded from our website and placed on
your own website and/or printed for distribution.

Proforma Invoices
Please e-mail us your bulk order
requirements including the full address you want the
order shipped to and we will prepare and send you a
proforma invoice including the applicable discounts and
shipping costs. For clarification, the online
ordering facility on our website is designed for
individual customer and sample product purchases only.
Delivery Lead Time
Product orders of up to 25 units are
normally in stock for shipment within 3 business days
(Monday-Friday) of receipt of payment. The delivery lead
time for larger orders is typically 2-4 weeks after
receipt of payment.
Pricing and Payment Terms
Prices are FOB in US dollars based
on single per product order quantities and exclude
shipping charges. Shipment origination may vary depending
on products, quantities and customer location. Payment
for volume purchases are accepted in advance by Wire
Transfer, Western Union or Moneygram. Cheques in sterling
drawn on a UK bank account are also accepted and are
subject to a 10-14 business day processing and clearance
period.
Custom Hardware Logos
The hardware is generic and is shipped in
bulk form without retail boxes. The latter significantly
reduces shipping costs. You may stick your own logo on it
and specially package it to otherwise meet your market
requirements if you wish to do so.
Warranty
All hardware comes with a 1 year limited
repair or replacement warranty from the date of purchase
from us. Physically damaged, abused or misused hardware
is not covered. Items may be replaced with working
reconditioned equipment in similar condition. The
purchaser is responsible for all equipment
inbound/outbound shipping and handling charges.
